Responsibilities Include:

• Assist in the removal of roofing systems
• Assist in the installation of the new roofing systems
• Contribute to keeping a clean jobsite throughout the day
• Completing details necessary to maintain a watertight seal at all times
• Assist the Production Foreman with tasks when necessary
• Participate in job site safety meetings/toolbox talks
• Perform all work in accordance to the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations
• Maintain personal and team safety on job sites

Skills/Qualifications:

• 2+ Years of flat roofing experience
• Must be a team player who is dependable and reliable
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced, high energy environment.
• Weight handling can be over 45kg
• On site work environment is outdoors and subjected to all weather conditions.
• Work environment is on the roof and/or on the grounds that are dusty and noisy.
• Worker must wear necessary Protective Equipment including but not limited to Safety Boots and hard hats.
• Own transportation is an asset
• Ability to learn and follow our safety policy
• Intermediate English skills
