Solid Seal Group Inc encourages its customers to consider the Solid Coverage maintenance program. The thought of proactive maintenance on a roof may be easy to overlook. However, protecting the roof over your head is as vital as the maintenance on your vehicle. We maintain our vehicles because getting from Point A to Point B is important. Our facilities should be treated the same way.

Preventative maintenance twice a year will include such items as…

• Visual inspection of the roof decking 
• Inspection and minor repairs to membrane issues
• New sealant where necessary
• Top up penetration pockets where necessary
• Re-paint rusted gas line “safety yellow”
• Provide adequate gas line supports as per industry standard
• Remove debris and vegetation
• Inspect drains 
• Mobile Moisture Scan (if requested)
• Labeled roof plan

When the maintenance is complete, there will be a report generated with information gathered and photos of the work completed.
